Doxa: The Good Shepherd (Week 19)

We are on a spiritual battlefield, facing an enemy that is orchestrating our demise. He is described in this passage as a thief who aims to steal, kill, and destroy the flock of God. But Jesus pictures Himself in this story as The Good Shepherd, who lays down His life for His sheep. He gives fullness of life to those who recognize and listen to His voice. The thief may be merciless, but the Shepherd is Divine.
